Deanna Dubay
DNP, PMHNP-BC
Deanna is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and graduated from University of Massachusetts Amherst with a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree. Deanna has over 20 years of nursing experience and treats patients across the lifespan. Deanna’s specialty areas include treatment resistant depression, autism spectrum disorder, childhood mental health disorders that require special education services, trauma, and weight management.
Hannah Kloha
PMHNP-BC
Hannah Kloha is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). She graduated from the University of South Alabama with a Master of Science in Nursing degree specializing as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in 2020. Hannah has been a Registered Nurse working in the psychiatric field since 2015. She has experience with both inpatient and outpatient care. She is passionate about providing quality and comprehensive mental health services to children, adolescents, and adults. She strives to actively listen to her patients and come up with a collaborative treatment plan.
Joseph Horetski

Board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, Joseph, has over a decade of experience in nursing, treating patients across the lifespan. He has over 5 years of experience in mental health and chemical dependency, focusing primarily on the child/adolescent population. He wants to empower all patients to take control of their mental health and achieve their greatest potential.

Shawn Osborne is a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. She has 20 years of experience in mental health. She is eager to support and empower individuals of all ages to improve their mental health and achieve their personal goals of well-being.
